Because they said that they was going to send Me a Credit Card with a $500. CREDIT Limit and but I have not received a thing but they went and tuck the money out of my back account .I just wan

I want my money back into my account today or I will report this to the Freud department and better Business bureau so put all my money back to that account now you dumm *** Mother *** now.

When my wife and I were looking at using this company and getting the information all the calls were returned almost immediately however as soon as we signed on the dotted line and gave her money we couldn’t get a hold of anybody they would supposedly leave messages and we didn’t return their calls they said they were going to send us reports and we never got them they basically lied and told us that they had sent us agreements in the mail and were waiting for us to give answers back which eight up the clock not happy with this company whatsoever so absolutely buyer beware they will promise you everything but when they get your money I’ll bets are off good luck trying to get a hold of somebody they try to schedule meetings with you on the phone horrible time is in the afternoon or evening they do not change their hours of operation Like they say they will when they are trying to get you to sign up they say oh yes we’re very flexible we will meet you when we when you are available definitely do not recommend these folks

I have cancelled this service 5 times received notifications via email that the account was cancelled...yet I was charged again this month. I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTATION SHOWING THIS ACCOUT IS CANCELLED.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I CALLED AND CANCELLED MY SERVICE WITH THESE PEOPLE IN FEBRUARY....AN ASSOCIATE CLAIMED TO GIVE ME A FREE MONTH IN MARCH FOR USING THEIR SERVICE.....WHICH I SPECIFICALLY TOLD HIM WAS UNNECESSARY.

HE PROMISED A FREE MONTH....SO WHY HAS $29.95 BEEN TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT THIS MORNING? I CAN'T REACH THEM UNTIL MONDAY AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT.....I HAVE NOT NEEDED OR USED THEIR SERVICE ....THEY COULDN'T EVEN PULL UP MY CREDIT REPORT! IF I DON'T GET MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT....THERE WILL BE FRAUD CHARGES FILED AGAINST THIS COMPANY.....

They did me the same way! No credit scores and terrible customer service who promises all kinds of solutions and service credits but no results for almost two months!

Refused to return my 3 months pay of unused service.

They had my credit card number for $1 and then charged me $29.95 for 3 months, without my permission or agreement. Then they refused to return my $90. They say that I've already used the $90 during the 3 month period. On what?!? They hide their name on the credit card bill with letters: SCRZNI.COM and a phone number 866-932-****, to a so-called third party company, that refuses to give the procredit.com phone number. The so-called third party company requires your phone number, name and zip code, before they give any information. The so-called third party company now has all the information on: 1) how many times you've called in, 2) when you canceled the order, 3) even how many times you went to their web site.

Complaint

You took out 110 dollars out of my checking account today it wasn't to come out until Nov. I paid my bills and now with this transaction some of my transations will bounce. If this is how you do business I want out you are hurting me not helping. Please call me at 504-327=6310 asap. All you have done for me is give me my credit score you haven't been in contact with me about any charges just exactly what are you doing besides putting me in the whole. Please put that money back in my account so I am not overdrawn Call me right away I have nothing more to say but I can't get 100 words so I am just going to write etc etc etc

I was told by another party to sign up here to see my scores, I did... Even though I have CreditKarma already, so I forget to cancel and I call on the 8th day to cancel saying i did not use the site past the first day. They gave me b.s. saying you clicked agree to terms and went past the date so who cares. I mean it is $39.90, for a company why not just refund it.... Is it really worth hurting your name?

Very poor, even rude, customer service

For months, I used Internet Explorer 11, with periodic automatic updates, to retrieve my credit bureau files and credit scores without too many difficulties. Then, suddenly, from August, 2018, to date, I have been unable to access those same files or credit scores after successfully logging on. I then telephoned their so-called customer service, duyring which time a customer service representative named Kenneth abruptly told me that they had changed their system (without prior notice to me) and could no longer accommodate IE users, but had to changeover to Google Chrome, which I declined to do. He was so intent on "telling" me what to do that he refused to fully listen to my grievance and complaint. The call ended in my cancelling their service, Cancellation #C1915****, on Sept. 3rd, 2018, which Kenneth seemed "most eager" to carry out and ended our call very abruptly without any regret or remorse about losing my business. I would not retain such an employee in my firm or establishment, because he is apt to drive customers away, rather than trying to convince them to stay.

This place is a damn joke. I called about my account on 6 different occasionion. Got names for all people i spone to but at the end they only had 2 documented calls! So therefore i was given fake names and fake employee nunbers and was never able to talk to the same person twice . Dont waste your time!!!

Procredit is reselling Scoreshine White label credit monitoring product. I got billed again today, but had cancelled last month. I signed up with them through Business Credit Insiders Circle to build but businesses Credit. My scores are 740, 732 & 717 they said they couldn't help me. Really?
